We Team 4 an Incident Manager Payments

Rollen en verantwoordelijkheden

Within the framework of the management of production incidents and their resolution in the Payments area, it is asked to the Incident Manager Payments to:

•  analyse each production incident linked to SEPA and International payments
•  collaborate actively with BNPP Fortis employees from IT, in order to determine the rootcause of an incident and to propose reliable solutions
•  coordinate the resolution of production incidents by contacting and/or putting together the key people necessary to solve those incidents
•  organise conference calls if necessary
•  clearly communicate to the stakeholders of CMCC / other BNPP entities about the occurrence of production incidents and the status of their resolution
•  ensure that action plans are well executed
•  organise / participate to follow up meetings regarding production incidents
•  generate relevant and reliable statistics about the production incidents
•  make suggestions/proposals about the incidents logging tool, its use and linkedprocess

Opleiding

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
