We Team 4 an IT Asset Manager

Rollen en verantwoordelijkheden

You will be in charge of the follow-up and reporting of:

•  The asset budget
•  The enhancements
•  The activities related to the asset (incidents, on demand work, recurrent work, user support, version)
•  Have / Build content knowledge of the asset, while relying on the knowledge of the Functional Analyst and the Subject Matter Experts that are part of the team (can be internal and external via sourcing).
•  Prepare and participate to the monthly Asset Management Steering
•  Are in charge of keeping the asset Harmony/CMMi 2 compliant
•  Work in close collaboration with different internal teams (of Engineering, ADM and I&O) as well as with external suppliers

As Contact person supplier:
•  You are in charge of the management of the relationship with the different suppliers that are responsible for the application design/development/I&AT of the concerned assets.
•  You can rely on the knowledge of the IT delivery managers and the detailed knowledge of the sourcing parties
•  You participate to the (weekly or monthly) delivery boards with the supplier(s).
•  You deliver the monthly evaluation of the supplier; you validate their reporting, check SLA and Invoices, etc….

Opleiding

Master or equivalent by experience in Telecom and /or Call Centre area

Context van de missie

As IT Asset Manager CC/PB, you are in charge of the management of the assets: Phone-Banking, CC, ACD for HD and IVR for HD, and Business Telephony (Alcatel)
